Managerial Development Program

The Managerial Development Program is designed to equip managers with the skills necessary to lead effectively, foster a culture of accountability, and drive organizational success. It provides participants with key leadership competencies such as self-leadership, communication, and change management, enabling them to build inclusive and high-performing teams. Through interactive learning, participants enhance their ability to navigate challenges, align with organizational values, and lead with confidence.

The session aims to develop managers' leadership skills, ensuring they can positively influence their teams while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. The training also focuses on building openness, trust, and adaptability, preparing leaders to guide their teams through change and uncertainty.

a) Difficulty in aligning all managers’ schedules for training, given their critical roles in operations.

2.Participants strengthened cross functional collaboration through activities where they experienced the critical need to break down silos. 3.The Team created their own vision boards through which they gained clarity on their personal leadership style, their professional aspirations and the specific impact they want to make within the organization, leading to higher engagement and retention.
